Self-Care Tips, Relaxation Hacks, & Creativity Flows
A peak into my journey of healing + discovery to find myself again and the things that make me feel whole.
Welcome along the ride… May we uncover new tools + interests and heal in the process.
Our Services
Offering resources to aid in healing ourselves through sound, awareness and self-care is our main focus.
Sound baths are one way to flow all three together with ease.
In each session, we use tools that can easily be incorporated into day to day life. That way healing is accessible to you anytime, anywhere.
Group Sound Bath
During this 60 minute session, we work on relieving stress, releasing thought patterns that no longer serve us & balancing the chakras using Crystal Singing Bowls.
Energy Evaluation & Balance
Crystal Singing Bowls and other tools are used to assess and intentionally balance the energies within the body.
Individual Sound Bath
At the client’s location of choice, we work on client specific intentions, boost the immune system and encourage stress relief.
Corporate Connection
Do you find yourself with questions like “how can relaxation be encouraged + easy for my group?”
This is the offering for you!
Latest Tips From Our Blog
Self-Care is the best way to show yourself some love
